Delivery Information

1. Processing Time

Since every Qadeya hamper is hand-packed to order in our Doha workshop, please allow up to 24 hours for us to assemble and prepare your gift for dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods

All our hampers are delivered via our trusted local couriers. We ensure that gifts are handled with the utmost care to maintain their beautiful presentation upon arrival.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver across Qatar. Same-day delivery is generally available within Doha. Next-day delivery applies to areas outside of Doha, including Al Khor, Al Wakrah, and Lusail.

4. Shipping Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location. Standard delivery within Doha typically carries a flat fee, which will be clearly indicated during checkout or confirmed over WhatsApp before your order is finalized.

5. Order Tracking

Once your hamper is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email with the delivery details and estimated arrival time.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high volume periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always communicate any significant delays directly to you.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Qadeya hampers are only available for delivery within Qatar. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
